of Dema Worldwide Capital Limited, chairman of Center Economic Global Capital Co., Ltd. as well as the chairman of the board of
Dema International Holdings Co., Ltd. He has more than 20 years of experience in offshore boutique investment industry. In his
early years, he participated in the coordination as a pioneer role and made use of Japan's ODA fund to integrate Siemens and
Zhuzhou Locomotive Co.,Ltd. to promote the construction of China's first high-speed electrified freight railway of Shuozhou -
Huanghua Railway. Once he led the Chinese team to participate in the integration of large Asian projects of the Cerberus Capital.
He has led and participated in the cross-border M&A of European and American manufacturing giants by a number of
outstanding Chinese enterprises, and effectively designed & participated in its beautiful post investment management.

Served as senior management staff in Japan's leading trading company in China, participated in a number of cross-border investment & commodity structured trade finance cases as well as participated in recent years in the offshore cross-border M&A of emerging market countries, large- scale infrastructure construction investment & finance & many other extended business of overseas investment banking, has mature experience in tracking projects and maintaining client relations.
Served as first Chinese senior management staff for British Standard Chartered Bank and American JP Morgan Chase Bank in China with over 30 years of transnational commercial banking experience and having rich & rigorous financial professional quality,full of unique innovative design ability as well as professional & persistent execution ability of corporate cross-border investment and finance and extensive investment banking business.
Served as branch general manager of three international famous foreign banks with nearly 30 years of experience in the financial industry and as vice president & supervisor of Tianjin Banking Association, having rich experience in economic and social activities as well as horizontal and comprehensive communication skills in the financial field.
